Welcome to the Registration Website for the Large Meteorite Impacts and Planetary Evolution VI conference scheduled for September 30–October 3, 2019 at the University of Brasília, Brasília, Brazil.
Here you will access the link to the Conference, Workshop and Excursion Registration Menu, on the right panel. You may register separately for each of them. Regular and student participants can register their accompanying persons on the same registration form. Please note that foreign attendees may only pay via credit card. Only cash payments will be accepted for onsite registration.
Cancellations: Requests for cancellations with a refund minus a 25% processing fee will only be accepted through September 1. Cancellation requests need to be sent via e-mail to wolf.uwer@gmail.com and to eventos@finatec.org.br clearly marked “LMI VI” Those who fail to attend and do not notify wolf.uwer@gmail.com prior to the September 1 deadline will forfeit their full registration fees.
On-site registrations: On-site registration for the pre-conference workshops will be open on Saturday, September 28 beginning at 7:30 a.m, at a campus location to be specified in the Final Announcement. Full conference registration will be available at FINATEC on Sunday, September 29 from 2–5:00 p.m. and Monday, September 30 beginning at 8:00 a.m.
Should you have any special requirements (dietary requirements for the social conference functions, childcare, etc), please e-mail these to lucianaprado@unb.br before 1 September 2019.
Registration for LMI VI can be done on this webpage in two parts – separate registrations of Conference and Workshop participation, and for excursion participation, respectively. This mode was chosen to provide best-possible options to refund you in case that a registration or part of a registration had to be cancelled. We apologize that when registering for both options, personal and payment details have to be entered into the registration forms twice. On the positive side, more than one participant can be registered in one go.

In the unexpected case that you would run into trouble with the Registration system, please email to eventos@finatec.org.br.
Foreign participants can only pay by credit card.
Brazilian participants can pay optionally by credit card, bank transfer, or payment after billing (“boleto”).
If your payment was confirmed, you will receive an automatic confirmation notice.
Several unusual items in the Registration System are present because of the need to comply with the Brazilian requirements for Notas Fiscais - documentation issued for the Receiver of Revenue. Every registrant will be automatically provided this document (in Portuguese) by email as soon as the payment has been effected. However, the Organizing Committee will provide a proper receipt in English upon your checking in at the Conference Registration Desk in September.
